Went for dinner with my wife to the Beyliduzu location on a Thursday night. The place was average plus busy. There were a few empty tables. Upon our arrival, the waiter took us to a table at the end of the hall, quickly poured water in the glasses and asked us if we want salad. When I asked to see the menu first, that was the end of the smiles. The waiter disappeared for a few minutes and came back with the menues. They brought a mezze tray to select from. We took Hayward plate and mashed eggplants. My wife selected islkandar and I took a plate which said minced lamb with yogurt. When the dishes came back, my plate had small size kebab meat on yogurt. I called the waiter to tell him that was not minced meat but rather kabab style meat. The head waiter came(i guess he was head waiter as he had a black vest on). He was solo angry because I asked for minced not kebab meat. He told the waiter off and they both disappeard. He later came and asked me if I meant minced like lofts which I acknowledged so he would not kill me. The guys face was totally red and angry. Five minutes later, the waiter brought a plate with kofta chopped up over some yogurt and put it in front of me and disappeared. Well, I decided not to say anything and to just finish the night off. As I looked to add some water, I realized that our bottle had disappeared too after two glasses. At that time my wife had gotten mad and called the waiter asking for our bottle. The guy grabbed a new bottle to give us but we did not want a new bottle as we only drank less than half our bottle. The waiter realized we were not happy at that time and apologized for the error and brought us our bottle which he said was on his station, although everyone had their water on their table. He poured my glass and disappears completely and never saw him again. It was 9pm at that time. We finished our dinner and ordered a cup of coffee and ordered our bill which came with almost no ink showing on it. So I could not tell how much
